Introducing Sharkforce v0.2

Mako is Sharkforce's proprietary large language model, purpose-built for workforce execution. It powers every AI-driven feature across the platform. In internal benchmarks, Mako outperforms frontier models on tool usage within the Sharkforce environment, delivering up to 70% faster task execution compared to general-purpose models. It is not a wrapper. It is built for work.

• Full payroll support for Saudi Arabia, Canada, and the United States.
• Every rate, threshold, and statutory limit is sourced directly from official government publications.
• Compliance sources are visible, traceable, and kept current.

• Renamed and rebuilt from the ground up to serve multiple purposes across the platform.
• Mako references documents during AI validation to evaluate work against manager-defined requirements.
• Used in chat to ground Mako's responses in company-specific context.
• Full RBAC with file-level and folder-level access control, including deeply nested permission hierarchies.
• Secure sharing for external recipients with password protection, email verification, forwarding restrictions, expiration dates, view limits, and optional Mako-powered AI summaries and text extraction.
• A single file or folder can have multiple sharing links, each with its own title, permissions, and configuration, eliminating the need to re-upload for different use cases.
• Analytics per shared link: total opens, unique visitors, time spent per page, downloads, verified viewers, device and browser breakdown, and a full activity log.
• Links can be archived and reactivated.

• Unusual activity detection now flags GPS spoofing, rapid movement, configurable speed limits in km/h, and max events per hour.

The mobile app is now in early access. It is the first dedicated mobile experience for shift workers interacting with Mako, submitting validations, navigating zones, and managing their work.

• Organization-level timezone management with auto-detection or manual override.

• Mako settings are consolidated here: delete all conversations, toggle document grounding, and enable memory, all overridable per session.
