Can I try Sharkforce before paying?

Yes. The Free plan is completely free for up to 3 users with QR check-ins and 1 shift. No credit card required. You can upgrade to any paid plan whenever you're ready.

What happens when I hit my plan limits?

You'll get a notification when you're approaching your limits. You can upgrade at any time to unlock more capacity. We never lock you out of your existing data.

Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes, all plans come with a 20% discount when you choose annual billing. The discount is applied automatically when you toggle to yearly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and process payments securely through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
